Dietary guidance directed towards GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome)

  2. Nutrient deficit replenishment
  3. Repair of the intestinal wall, damaged by inflammation
  4. Replenishment of the intestinal flora with healthy microorganisms

The GAPS diet is adapted to each person according to their health condition/age and is carried out in three different stages:
