The Mindgut concept Mindgut CONSULTATION arose from the need to learn more, get to know better, understand and appreciate the importance of the connection between the brain and the gut. Numerous health imbalances emerge from this close and fascinating bilateral relationship (brain-gut), not just physical health, but also emotional, psychological and even social imbalances.

In this context, , the main objective of the Mindgut CONSULTATION t is to promote significant improvements in physical, mental and emotional health, namely through a diet that is suitable for each person and adjusted to their clinical situation. The Mindgut consultation also uses other therapeutic strategies, through phytotherapy, oligotherapy, essential nutrients and self-knowledge tools, which allow other ways of "looking at and feeling life"...

The diet, for example, involves four concepts:

Ingestion, Absorption, Metabolization and Excretion and in this dynamic, we are what we eat, what we absorb, what we metabolize and what we excrete.
